Atlanta blogger Sandra Rose claims Fox was filmed showing oral sex on an Atlanta man who in secret shot the sex act and sent the copy to his friends.
Fox has passed the tape on to local police, but it's unidentified if the suspected encounter is being investigated by the the system.

On her blog, Rose writes, "In the tape, an apparently inebriated Vivica can be seen on her knees servicing a male friend who secretly taped on his cell phone. Purportedly the man, who lives in Atlanta, sent the tape to friends who sent it to the star. She fast sent the tape to Atlanta police department.
Now everybody is waiting for the end of this case. It sounds sad, people do crazy things and don’t understand they can harm anybody.
